Is this LinkedIn video downloader free?

Is it legal to download LinkedIn videos?
You can download public LinkedIn content for personal use (e.g., to study, learn, or repurpose your own posts). You're responsible for respecting the original creator's copyright if you republish. We only support public posts and never bypass authentication.
Do you store the videos I download?
No. We never store media bytes on our servers. Your browser downloads directly from LinkedIn's CDN. We cache only the parsed metadata (URL, title, thumbnail) for up to 1 hour to keep the tool fast.
Why does it say "install our Chrome extension" for some videos?
LinkedIn occasionally hides the direct video URL from logged-out visitors. When that happens, you'll need a browser extension (coming soon) to grab the video from inside your own LinkedIn session. We don't bypass LinkedIn auth — we let your browser do it.
What formats can I download?
MP4 for videos (original resolution, no watermark), JPG or PNG for images (original quality), PDF for document carousels, and ZIP bundles for image carousels.
Why doesn't my URL work?
Make sure the URL starts with linkedin.com/posts/, linkedin.com/feed/update/, or linkedin.com/pulse/. Private posts, members-only content, and deleted posts cannot be downloaded.
Can I download from a private profile or members-only post?
No. The tool only works on publicly accessible LinkedIn posts. If a post requires LinkedIn login or a connection to view, we'll show a clear error and won't attempt to bypass authentication.
Will using this tool get my LinkedIn account banned?
No. You don't log into LinkedIn to use this tool — you just paste a public post URL. There's no scraping from your account, no automation against LinkedIn from your session.
